It got to the heart of many issues in broken families and lower class England, but only by telling the story, not preaching. Saw on tubi. We watch the characters digress into unsafe territory as they navigate something taboo. Fascinating how Arnold portrays the naivety, desire and human curiosity of the young female spirit.
